Here are a few ideas to ensure you have the best success with your email campaign.

1. Send Them to Your Squeeze Page

Instead of just sending them to an affiliate offer you should consider sending them to a squeeze page or a lead capture page so you can get their name and email address.

Here is an example of one of my squeeze pages that you can model if you want. Just click on ‘Save-As’ from the file menu inside your web browser to save that template to your computer.

So come up with an offer like a free report, interview, free video, etc. To create the content for this offer you could use PLR material. If you pay to rent an email list then you will want to send them to your offer to get the real serious ones on your list so you can follow up later with affiliate promotions or your very own offers.

2. Have Good Email Copy Prepared

You will want to have good email copy ready to go for your campaign so after you pay for it you can send the list provider the data they need to send out your campaign or solo ad. To get some ideas just look at the emails you receive from other Internet marketers and emulate how they structure their emails.

3. Don’t Overspend

Just like anything else I recommend, you will want to make sure you don’t overspend and only invest what you can afford to get things going. Don’t jump in and invest your last dime to live on, but if you have a marketing budget set aside to grow your business this is a great way to go. Just spend what you can afford on your first campaign and if you are happy with the results, then invest some more.
