According to the Wall Street Journal and other sources Facebook is looking into going public. They are in discussions with the Security and Exchange Commission right now. Facebook is hoping an initial public offering (IPO) of their stock could happen between April and June of 2012.

Facebook is hoping an IPO could raise around $10 Billion and raise their value to $100 Billion as a company.
