Today Oprah is going to use Twitter for the first time and make her first Twitter “Tweet” live on her show based on what her Facebook page said recently.

So why is this so important?

Well, we all know that once Oprah endorses or gets behind anything the amount of searches for that particular topic are crazy online. This means that more and more people are going to be going online and checking out what Twitter is all about based on Oprah’s recommendation. If you are not using Twitter to grow your business and communicate with your customers you need to be.

Further, if you blog about Twitter anytime today or over the weekend there is a great chance that you will see an increase in blog traffic. I almost guarantee that searches for Twitter and Oprah will be red hot on Google, Yahoo, and MSN.
